How will I know that my payment went through and that my order is being processed?
Once you confirm your order and submit payment, we will send you a personal follow-up e-mail which will include details involving your delivery/pickup date, and any other questions you may have had during the ordering process. You will be able to track where your order is in production from your initial confirmation email.
I have a photo that I would like to be printed along with my order. What is the process for doing so?
When you place an order on any of our frames, you will be prompted to indicate whether you would like for us to print a photo for you. If you select yes, we will ask in our follow-up e-mail for a copy of your photo in png or jpeg format. The flat rate for this service is $5 across all sizes.
I would like a frame, but the size I am wanting is not in your standard size options. What should I do, and how is it priced?
Our standard frame sizes are 5"x7", 8"x10", and 11"x14". If you want a frame that has different dimensions, you can use the 'custom frame' product in our shop. There, you will be asked to input the frame size you would like in inches, along with the wood type and finish. We are unable to provide printed photos with custom frame sizes. Once you place your order, you'll notice the subtotal is $0- that is because we must evaluate the costs associated with the custom frame size separately. You will be e-mailed a full breakdown of costs shortly after you place your order, at which you can then pay through e-transfer.
What is your return policy?
Once payment is provided, all sales are final. As the production process is extremely hands-on and all frames are constantly assured of quality, there is virtually no chance of you receiving a defective product. However, if the situation does arise that your frame is in some way broken or missing something you ordered, then we are happy to reclaim your defective product, and either fix it or make a new one for you, free of all charges.
